Extramural consular days
The Consulate General of Hungary holds extramural consular days on predetermined dates. We base those dates on requests from clients and Hungarian communities in our consular districts. Please note, on extramural consular days, there is an additional charge of 24 CAD service fee for all cases, except for citizenship verification and simplified naturalization.
Extramural consular services are being planned for the following cities within our consular territory; Windsor, Winnipeg, Regina, Saskatoon, Calgary and Edmonton.
We will post the exact time and location of extramural consular days at least two weeks prior on all of our social media pages:

Our Consulate General aims to reach every Hungarian Community in Canada to provide Consular Services to as many Hungarians as possible near their place of residence. Our ultimate goal to better understand the needs of the Hungarian diaspora therefore we are launching an assessment campaign in order to improve the quality of our services and streamline our administration.
If you live far from our Consulate General located in Toronto or from our Vice-Consulate located in Vancouver and would like to process consular errands near your place of residence, please let us know by filling out and signing the dedicated form and returning it to the e-mail address: consulate.tor@mfa.gov.hu. If there are enough requests, our Consulate General will hold an Extramural Consular Day. The form is available below.
