Due to the restrictions set out by the State of Emergency introduced by the Government of Ontario and effective from January 14, 2021, we kindly ask you to visit us in urgent matters only. Client service only by pre-booked appointments. We cannot see and serve clients without appointment!
If you already have a case with us and you were asked to provide further documentations, please send it to us via registered mail or courier. We cannot accept walk-ins during this period of provincial restrictions. Due to the new restrictions, we will be mailing out new passports and other documents to your given address by registered mail; it no longer can be picked up in person for the time being.
Our consular appointment booking system is accepting new bookings periodically, so please monitor it on a regular basis to find and book an appointment with us:
