Information regarding Consular Appointments
Starting on September 1st, 2020, the Consulate General will resume all consular services with the regular schedule, opening both front desks.
The open appointment times can be booked starting on July 22nd, 2020, and are able to be selected until October 31st, 2020. Appointments for October 31st and later will be available for booking starting September 15th.
Appointments for consular services at the Vice-Consulate in Vancouver can be requested by email. Contact information: Vice Consulate of Hungary, Vancouver: mission.van@mfa.gov.hu
Please note, due to the extended deadline issued by the Central Administation of National Pension Insurance, appointments are still not available for the „Proof of Life” documents for signature authentication.
Attention:
Please bring all necessary documents, and the forms completely filled out to your appointment!
Please do not attend at the Consulate unless you have the confirmatory email from the booking system. If you have an appointment, please come alone, only one person will be admitted at a time. Please wear a face mask and practice social distancing during your entire visit. We cannot admit anyone not wearing a mask and cannot provide you with a mask unfortunately. Please postpone your appointment if you are not feeling well or have travelled abroad in the last 14 days.
