Extramural Consular Days to be held in Calgary

The Vice Consulate in Vancouver of the Consulate General of Hungary in Toronto will hold extramural consular days in Calgary on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday November 1-3, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Due to the number of prior applications we can only accept clients from the consular district. During these days, you will have the opportunity to apply for essential consular services that require the applicant’s presence, such as: citizenship, registration of birth, marriage, or passport issues, etc. IN CASE OF PASSPORT OR ID APPLICATION PLEASE BRING A PASSPORT PHOTO.

They are designed for you to be able to prepare your consular applications electronically:

fill out your data and attach your supporting documents.

 To use, please create a profile, and you can start your applications using the Online forms link.

After submitting, you will receive a downloadable QR code, which can be presented during your appointment to significantly reduce the administrative time.
